Storage
Twin City Rug Spa does provide long-term and short-term storage options to our customers. All rugs placed into storage should first be washed, treated with a moth deterrent, and wrapped in TyVec paper. This protects your textiles and our shop from unwanted pests. Any storage fees will be assessed on an individual basis.
Once we have notified you that your rugs have been completed and are ready to be returned, delivery must be arranged within 30 days. Rugs are left longer than 90 days are considered abandoned and become the property of Twin City Rug Spa to dispose of as necessary, unless storage arrangements have been made with us in advance.

Pick-Up & Delivery
Twin City Rug Spa does offer pick-up and delivery options for our customers for a small fee. For homes with oversized rugs or furniture to move, we are happy to refer a concierge service to help with the heavy lifting.
If you prefer to bring your rugs in and pick them up yourself by appointment, there are discounts available to you for providing the transportation!
